Jennifer Lato received her Bachelor of Science in Music Education from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse where she had the privilege of working extensively with the University's Director of Bands, Dr. Tammy Fisher, and collaborating with local music educators Dr. Christopher Werner and Nancy Pilmonas. Among her many credits, Jennifer also had the honor of conducting UW-L's Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble and Screaming Eagles Marching Band. Additionally, she participated in many of the Univeristy's performance ensembles.
Jennifer is a member of the Wisconsin Music Educator's Association (WMEA), National Association for Music Education(NAfME) and The National Band Association (NBA).

Jeff Krubsack
Wauwatosa East and Longfellow Middle

Jeff Krubsack received his Master of Music degree in wind conducting from The Ohio State University after receiving his Bachelor of Arts in instrumental music education from St. Olaf College. Jeff taught 5th-12th grade band in Minnesota for five years before joining the Wauwatosa school district in the fall of 2017. He also coordinated the April Band Director Workshop for the Minnesota band Director’s Association; coached clarinet, trumpet and French horn sections in numerous conference honor bands; and guest spoke at the Minnesota Music Educators Association’s Mid-Winter Clinic. Jeff’s love for music also keeps him singing in choirs and playing trumpet and euphonium in various performing ensembles throughout the Midwest.
When he is not teaching or performing, Jeff enjoys time outdoors through camping, hiking and biking. He also spends his summers as a professional landscaper building paver patios, walkways and retaining walls.
