Volunteer Opportunities

• ​Chaperone students on buses to marching competitions and parades.
• Escort students to and from Hart Park for Friday football games
• Load the marching equipment truck for Friday football games and competitions
• Get trained and work concessions at AmFam Field
• Donate a food item to one of the dinners we provide for band students
• Uniform fittings at band camp
• Serve on the Booster Board​
• Attend a Band Booster meeting
• Represent the boosters at band concerts, school open house and teachers' conferences

Support Us By:

• Attending any of our fundraisers, like the monthly Cousin Subs night and the spring Easter Seals clothing drive
• Making a Donation to the Boosters, a 5031c tax deductible group
• Spreading word of mouth support for the band program to prospective student families

Band boosters volunteer venues

Hart Park

Working concessions at Hart Park is one of our biggest fundraising enterprises, raising nearly 40% of our annual budget. Get to know other band parents and have fun while volunteering!  Several dates do not conflict with band performances and students are not only eligible but encouraged to volunteer on those dates. Hart Park Concessions is spearheaded by Tom Hoffer.

Brewers Concessions program

Since 2010 the Red Raider Band Boosters have received more than $50,000+ in commissions by averaging 12 events per season staffing concessions stands at AmFam Field. If you have any questions or issues, please email our AmFam Field Coordinator, Lisa Hollander at [email protected]

Volunteers requested to work at Miller Park!  We need a minimum of 75 volunteers to commit to training and fill all of our contracted slots. Thank you for your interest and Let's Go Band!

1. Please watch the video on the left
2. Review the Miller Park Routine. 
3. Email [email protected]  to register for Mandatory Miller Park Training. Please include name(s), email address, March 11 or request another date. You will receive confirmation e-mail after confirmed.
4. Select preferred game assignments. Visit AM FAM FIELD WRITEBOARD ​ Password: RRBB, Click "Edit This Page." Scroll down and enter your name on the list of each game selected, click "Save As Newest Version" when finished.
